About These Calculators

These calculators provide estimates based on standard government rules for pension, gratuity and dearness allowance arrears. The calculations are based on:

• Pension: Calculated as 50% of last basic pay for 20+ years service, with proportionate reduction for lesser service
• Gratuity: Calculated as (Last Basic Pay + DA) × Years of Service × 15/26, subject to maximum limits
• DA Arrears: Calculated as (New DA Rate - Old DA Rate) × Basic Pay × Number of Months
